HCIC builds replacement hydraulic cylinders to order for the Benlee Roll-Off — covering 13 documented cylinder positions: Winch / Reeving, Hoist / Tilt Dump. Each position is listed individually with its documented bore, rod and stroke in the cards below, including 8 telescopic multi-stage ejector / packer cylinders. Every unit is engineered to the customer-approved drawing under ISO 6020 / 6022 design practice, with an 18-month warranty and a 48-hour quotation.
Every cylinder position labelled in the main diagram above is listed below with its documented reference dimensions, OEM reference numbers (identification only) and the corresponding HCIC build-to-order model number. HCIC cylinders are manufactured only to the customer-approved drawing.
This cylinder powers the overhead container winch / reeving used to load carts and containers on the roll-off / hook-lift body.

These cylinders are engineered as replacement units for Benlee Roll-Off Trailers applications (Roll-Off / Hook-Lift). Third-party names are used for identification only — see the Trademark Notice below. To order, provide your old cylinder's nameplate photo, a drawing, a sample, or the vehicle model and function position, and HCIC will issue a Drawing for Approval for your written confirmation before production.

Unless a customer supplies a drawing, sample or nameplate data, HCIC manufactures each cylinder to the drawing prepared by HCIC and approved in writing by the customer before production begins (the "Drawing for Approval" process). Cylinders are designed with reference to ISO 6020, ISO 6022 and ISO 10100, and every build-to-order unit is manufactured only to the drawing approved in writing by the customer (Drawing for Approval), with a minimum order quantity of one piece and an 18-month warranty (written terms apply).
HCIC operates hydraulic-cylinder production facilities with in-house engineering in Jinan, China. In-house production covers tube honing, precision rod grinding and hard-chrome plating, CNC machining of mounts, pins and ports, robotic welding, assembly and pressure testing before dispatch. Multi-stage telescopic cylinders, single-stage rod cylinders and custom engineered units are all built to the drawing approved by the customer, with material and test records kept for every batch.
