HCIC builds replacement hydraulic cylinders to order for the Dempster, Routeking II Rear Loader — covering 9 documented cylinder positions: Packer Blade, Ejector / Push-Out, Winch / Reeving, Tailgate Raise. Each position is listed individually with its documented bore, rod and stroke in the cards below, including 4 telescopic multi-stage ejector / packer cylinders. Every unit is engineered to the customer-approved drawing under ISO 6020 / 6022 design practice, with an 18-month warranty and a 48-hour quotation.

This cylinder drives the packer blade to compact refuse toward the rear of the body on the rear loader body.

These cylinders are engineered as replacement units for Dempster, Routeking II Rear Loader applications (Rear Loader). Third-party names are used for identification only — see the Trademark Notice below. To order, provide your old cylinder's nameplate photo, a drawing, a sample, or the vehicle model and function position, and HCIC will issue a Drawing for Approval for your written confirmation before production.

HCIC operates hydraulic-cylinder production facilities with in-house engineering in Jinan, China. In-house production covers tube honing, precision rod grinding and hard-chrome plating, CNC machining of mounts, pins and ports, robotic welding, assembly and pressure testing before dispatch. Multi-stage telescopic cylinders, single-stage rod cylinders and custom engineered units are all built to the drawing approved by the customer, with material and test records kept for every batch.
