They are not original equipment parts, and HCIC is not an authorized distributor of, nor affiliated with, any original equipment manufacturer named on this page. Unless a customer supplies a drawing, sample or nameplate data, HCIC manufactures each cylinder to the drawing prepared by HCIC and approved in writing by the customer before production begins (the "Drawing for Approval" process). Fitness for a particular application depends on operating pressure, duty cycle, mounting geometry, fluid compatibility and vehicle configuration; the buyer is responsible for confirming suitability, and HCIC's responsibility is limited to conformity with the approved drawing and the written warranty supplied with the order.

Table B lists HCIC's own build-to-order series numbers. Every HCIC cylinder is manufactured to the customer-approved drawing, so dimensions are not pre-set from the third-party values in Table A — they are fixed by the approved drawing for each order.
HCIC International Group Co., Limited is a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer based in Jinan, China. Cylinders are designed with reference to ISO 6020, ISO 6022 and ISO 10100, and every build-to-order unit is manufactured only to the drawing approved in writing by the customer (Drawing for Approval), with a minimum order quantity of one piece and an 18-month warranty (written terms apply).
HCIC operates hydraulic-cylinder production facilities with in-house engineering in Jinan, China. In-house production covers tube honing, precision rod grinding and hard-chrome plating, CNC machining of mounts, pins and ports, robotic welding, assembly and pressure testing before dispatch. Multi-stage telescopic cylinders, single-stage rod cylinders and custom engineered units are all built to the drawing approved by the customer, with material and test records kept for every batch.
