Jinan Huachen Industrial Co., Ltd. (HCIC) is a hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic system manufacturer founded in 1998 in Jinan, Shandong, China. The company operates three manufacturing factories and one R&D center, employing 250+ people including 20+ hydraulic engineers. In 2025, HCIC produced 210,000 cylinders, reached $50 million in revenue, and exported 95% of output, with the United States as its primary market. HCIC's 36,000 m² production base uses automated welding, dust-free assembly, and a painting line to build cylinders with bores from 40 mm to 630 mm, strokes up to 12,000 mm, and pressures to 31.5 MPa. The company supports non-standard customization and OEM-replacement cylinders, including reverse engineering, and applies full-process quality control with per-order reports and ISO 6020 / 6022 / 10100 conformance, all covered by an 18-month warranty.
This site focuses on the sanitation and waste-management segment of HCIC's hydraulic range — refuse-truck cylinders, hookloader and container-handling cylinders, compaction-station hydraulics, sweeper cylinders and complete power units, all engineered to European chassis standards with full parameter customization and OEM-replacement capability.
With in-house CNC machining, welding and a full test bench, HCIC delivers shorter lead times and lower total cost while keeping the fitment and performance expected from premium European hydraulics.
