HCIC builds hydraulic cylinders to order for side loader refuse bodies — 101 documented cylinder configurations across 10 vehicle models from E-Z Pack®, Heil®, Labrie®, Maxon®, McNeilus®, Wittke®, covering packer, ejector, tailgate, hoist, arm and specialty positions. Every unit is engineered to the customer-approved drawing with an 18-month warranty and a 48-hour quotation.

HCIC International Group Co., Limited is a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer based in Jinan, China. Cylinders are designed with reference to ISO 6020, ISO 6022 and ISO 10100, and every build-to-order unit is manufactured only to the drawing approved in writing by the customer (Drawing for Approval), with a minimum order quantity of one piece and an 18-month warranty (written terms apply).
HCIC operates hydraulic-cylinder production facilities with in-house engineering in Jinan, China. In-house production covers tube honing, precision rod grinding and hard-chrome plating, CNC machining of mounts, pins and ports, robotic welding, assembly and pressure testing before dispatch. Multi-stage telescopic cylinders, single-stage rod cylinders and custom engineered units are all built to the drawing approved by the customer, with material and test records kept for every batch.
